Project Examples
Requirements
Some example projects include:
- Agile Maturity: Students will observe and interact with your team's planning processes and identify bottlenecks. Recommendations will be made to improve the team's agility based on Agile Principles.
- Cloud Strategy: Students will identify your business needs, take stock of current cloud infrastructure, and recommend a cloud strategy suitable for your needs. This will include a comparative assessment of available options including suitability of different cloud models - private, public or hybrid.
- IT Service Management: If your firm uses an IT Service Management approach, students will assess its performance, identify pain-points, diagnose problems and propose measures to better meet Service Level Agreements.
- Product Management: Through interviews with your clients and with an understanding of your business model, students will identify and prioritize product features that can enhance customer value.
