The main objective of this project is to refine and enhance the product management strategy for our fictional company's flagship product, the Zany Gizmo. Learners will work on identifying market gaps, analyzing user feedback, and leveraging internal data to create a robust product roadmap. The goal is to optimize the Zany Gizmo's market positioning, increase user engagement, and improve overall product performance.
Marketing Plan
The main goal for the project is to assess the social media tools currently used by X and to present a digital social media marketing plan for the agency. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current social media tools and platforms used by X - Researching and identifying the target audience and market for the agency's products and services. - Developing a comprehensive digital social media marketing plan that includes content strategy, advertising strategy, and engagement strategy. - Presenting the marketing plan to the agency's management team.
