    What notable qualities or skills did the student demonstrate throughout the project?
    Amy was able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills. As the supervisor, I have limited experience with website design and development, so students were expected to communicate with each other and resolve any issues with the website. Throughout the term, she demonstrated that she was able to use WordPress to prepare a webpage and work as a team with other students.

    How did the student engage with stakeholders during the project?
    Amy would reach out to ask questions whenever she needed clarification and would wait until she got approval to proceed with the task. It was very easy working with her.

    Yes, she would communicate with me if she was too busy with her assignments and exams, but would set aside time to work on this project. She would set a goal for herself and devote a few hours on the days she was free to achieve certain milestones.

    Amy is a self starter. She was able to manage her school work while putting time and effort into this project. Whenever she had questions, she would reach out for clarification. During weekly meetings, Amy would summarize the work she was responsible for, provided an estimated completion date, and was able to deliver. It was a pleasure having her on the team.
