Right from the very first interview we had, Christie brought a highly positive can-do attitude to the table. Working with her over the last month, I watched her successfully tackle every task (of increasing difficulty by the way) with that same grit. She was very prompt in accomplishing her deliverables, she was very capable and creative in her execution the vision of the product, and she was very open about what roadblock or challenge she encountered. Her positive attitude blended well with the team, and I genuinely hope she continues to believe in her own potential as a very promising career lies ahead of her as a developer with the mindset and level of initiative that she has.
