I was disappointed with the student's work product and effort on this project. They failed to show initiative to work through issues and would often be waiting, hoping for something to change without reaching out for assistance over multiple days or a full week. The deliverables this student provided were far below expectations. The student did show up in a professional manner and was kind to others on the team.
