I absolutely love and am completely on board with PlanetCents' mission. This is the kind of company I want to succeed especially in these times,. My only criticism is the manner of communication. Kindness works wonders, specially in the situation of unpaid internships. When an intern makes a mistake, no matter how simple, grace needs to be allowed for them to learn in a way that doesn't discourage them.
