We want to expand our improve our program offerings with the most recent standards in certification in our industry. We need insights to help anticipate the improved commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our revised programs. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to:

1. Where in the world is the best place to launch for early success? What is the total market size for this opportunity?

2. With whom should we partner if anyone?

3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves?

4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?

Create an excel document with the recommended launch marketing and promotional strategy based on the findings.

We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.

Deliverables

The final deliverables should take the form of:

  • A final report including an excel doc with a project management approach to a program launch strategy
  • A 30-minute presentation
