Project Scope

You will be responsible for the creation of different tools that the Industry Sales Interns can use throughout their internship. Your goal will be to determine what different needs the interns may have and implement different intern projects to help support the interns throughout their internship.

You will be responsible for the creation of training materials, intern engagement projects, and documentation for the Industry Sales Interns. By creating a plan to support interns during their term at Riipen, you will be able to develop clear communication skills through delivering clear and concise written materials and will also be able to expand on your planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and support of any training materials utilized by the Industry Sales Interns.
  • Creation of Intern engagement programs, such as a Buddy Program and Social Committee
  • Support with documentation and project materials used by the Industry Sales Interns
  • Guidebook development for the Industry Sales Interns

Commitment

20 hours a week over a period of 4 weeks.
