- Researching the requirements and guidelines for government event proposals.
- Collaborating with the Communiti Collective team to understand the vision and objectives for the proposed event.
- Developing a detailed event proposal that could include budget, timeline, logistics, and marketing strategies.
- Completing the required documents and creating the proposal using the RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following activities:
- Researched and documented the requirements and guidelines for government event proposals to meet all RFP requirements.
- Worked with the Communiti Collective team to develop a comprehensive event proposal.
- Created a proposal using the requirements outlined in the RFP.
Final Deliverables:
- A detailed event proposal document, which could include a budget, timeline, logistics, marketing strategies, and more.
- Completion of all RFP documentation and submission requirements.
We will support the students in completing this project by providing the following:
