We are looking for an intern to help ys plan the effective delivery of products sold through our e-commerce platform.

Key responsibilities of the intern will include:

• Identify the optimum delivery routes for effective flow of products from the seller location to the buyer door.
• Identify potential factors that can cause delays in delivery, or destruction or loss of products, resulting in poor delivery services or customer complaints.
• Identify proactive steps to take to ensure timely delivery, minimum operational costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify the right KPIs to monitor delivery performance as well as the changes that affect or might affect the delivery routes.

The intern will need to carry out research and analysis of the international transportation systems in Canada, involving ports, warehouses, inland transportation service providers, and shipping companies.

Project manager will be available to answer questions and provide necessary details regarding the assignment.
