A music learning platform, aims to enhance its revenue streams and develop effective fundraising strategies. The platform currently faces challenges in maximizing its revenue potential and securing sustainable funding. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive business model that identifies new revenue opportunities and outlines strategic fundraising initiatives. Learners will analyze current revenue streams, explore potential new ones, and develop a detailed plan to attract and retain donors or investors. This project will provide an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of business modeling, financial analysis, and strategic planning in a real-world context.



Key tasks include:


- Conducting a SWOT analysis of the current business model.
