Project Scope:  QS provides a SaaS technology tool, MoveOn, which supports international student and academic exchanges and mobilities, as well as all forms of institutional partnerships. This project seeks to identify partnerships or acquisition opportunities which will expand our geographical scope or the range of partnerships we can support. Goal: for QS to be the partner of choice supporting Higher Education internationalization to drive institutional performance globally. How to achieve this goal:

- Develop a platform including data/insights that helps Higher Education Institutions build meaningful partnerships, and then assess, benchmark and evaluate existing partners and their performance.

- Support global mobility management beyond Erasmus – Virtual exchange, Study Abroad, Internships, Summer Programs etc.

Deliverables (written report & databases presented during the e-meeting):

1. Evaluate partnerships targets to build global scale for tech for university internationalization

2. Conduct a scan of mobility & partnership tech systems globally as potential targets

3. Conduct a scan of university / corporate / government partnerships management providers - for ex, for financial loan & scholarship providers, corporate research, etc.

4. Scan university - employer partnerships - platforms for virtual internships, edtech systems that help universities co-create content with employers, etc.

Resources: QS team will provide induction to the HE sector, clarify company’s priorities, supply data already obtained and recommend relevant experts and sources of information. Discovery interviews with the company leadership can also be arranged.
