We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision to help grow our Property Management company. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

DK Properties is a Short-Term Rental Management group with 4+ years experience in the industry.

We are a group of 4 vibrant individuals who want to incorporate the best rental experience for our guests, as well a stress free and reliable solutions for our clients.

Our company represents a turn-key solution for all property management needs, including reservation management, marketing strategy, maintenance and cleaning schedules, as well as rental profit and finances. Our team of superhosts are focused on client satisfaction and customer experience.

We are looking for students to help with:

• Content creation for our new website (WordPress)
• Create packages for the services we provide.
• Assist with video creation and ideas for our social media and website launch.
• Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns for short term rentals.

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.

A student or team with excellent social media knowledge, writing, design, and video skills would be the ideal candidate for this project.

We have a staff member monitoring this project daily. We can offer guidance and information needed by students Monday to Thursday 10am-8pm or Friday-Sunday 11am-4pm.
