We are looking for students to help us identify areas of improvement for our teams performance and productivity. We are a team of 8 Business Consultant working at Riipen to recruit and onboard industry partners. Our team members perform the same role and collaborate together on over all strategies. We would like a team of students to review our processes and operations to identify areas where we can increase productivity, decrease service times, and help us improve individual and team performance metrics.

Project tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Assessment and potential diagnoses
• Presenting possible solutions
• A recommendation with action plan

Goals:

• Increasing production rates
• Decreasing service times
• Improving individual performance metrics
• Improving team performance metrics

You will have access to two business consultants as the main contacts as well as oversight into the whole team.
