Our growth marketing team has an exciting challenge that we'd love for entrepreneurial minds to help tackle! We're looking to build a scalable B2B channel partnership strategy that will enable us to work closely with business associations and non-profits who align with our mission and resonate with the idea of recommending Riipen to its networks of organizations.

The creation of the strategy would combine both sales and marketing elements of understanding our market, creating ideal target personas and developing high-impact, low-cost tactics that our team can execute including themes and messaging.

The strategy development will require individuals to:

  • Become familiar with our organization, goals and offerings in order to identify what type of business associations are worth targeting
  • Create 1-2 ideal target personas that identify their pain points, value propositions, and themes of communication
  • Develop a top of funnel strategy to build brand awareness and drive new partnerships along with possible "partnership packages" that can be offered
  • Identify KPIs to measure success of the marketing strategy

The objectives/end-goals would include:

  • Create a self-sufficient channel partnership ecosystem
  • Motivate and engage channel partners to create more value for themselves and customers
  • Map the interconnectedness of organizations to understand how they can support each other
  • Description of ideal persona(s) that can be applied to top of funnel strategies to create new leads, and awareness
