Beentos Inc. aims to modernize its HR Director software by enhancing its user interface and user experience and web presence. The current system, while functional, lacks the intuitive design and modern aesthetics that users expect. The goal of this project is to redesign the UI/UX of the HR Director system to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of UI/UX design principles, focusing on creating a seamless and engaging experience for end-users. The project will involve analyzing the existing interface, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing design changes that align with current industry standards. The team will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the new design meets user needs and expectations.

The project deliverables include a comprehensive UI/UX redesign proposal for the HR Director system, complete with wireframes and prototypes. The team will also provide a detailed report outlining the design process, user feedback, and recommendations for implementation. Additionally, a presentation showcasing the new design and its benefits will be delivered to Beentos Inc. stakeholders.
