As a Riipen Trainer Intern, you will work with the Employer Partnerships team helping Riipen achieve its mission of ending graduate underemployment. Your goal will be to train and lead a team of outreach interns.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize training sessions on a cold call, email, and Riipen products.
  • Host one-on-one sessions with interns.
  • Provide feedback on the interns’ work and calls.

Commitment: 20 hours a week over the 4-week period.

* Number of individual students required: 3 students

* Number of students required to work in a team: N/A

* For the candidates that would like to continue working for Riipen and develop further skills, we can provide additional Level Up projects upon successful completion of this project.

* Please note that in order to qualify for this role, you'll need to complete the Outreach and Consultant roles first. If you're interested, please apply for those roles first.
