Online/Virtual Marketing Strategy

We want students to help us build a virtual/online marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market in the digital space. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions and tasks we’d like students to help us with are the following: How should we promote our company directly to potential clients and their families? How to identify and partner with businesses that can support and promote Right at Home Canada (Fraser Valley)? What channels should we utilize and invest in? How can we turn virtual advertising/marketing using Google my Business and Social Media into clients? What types of social media can students help us create to better reach our targeted clients (ie. videos, podcasts, email campaigns using Constant Contact)? How do we grow our community recognition and familiarity? The creation of a monthly/seasonal marketing plan based off of daily/monthly/annual special events in order to promote home based care to certain targeted populations (ie. Alzheimer's Day, Parkinson's Day, International Seniors Day, etc.). Creating a database/catalogue of social media posts and imagery (existing and development ideas for new content) How can we get more online reviews (ei. Google reviews, Social media, Yelp, etc)? Creation of a localized marketing plan by communities within our franchise territory (ie, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, East Valley) and options identifying community expansion in the future (ie. Surrey, White Rock, Maple Ridge, etc.)
