UI/UX redesign Project
Our company, InnC LLC, offers an online platform (Artnbuff) to foster a global community focused on the appreciation and dissemination of art and culture. By showcasing creativity, facilitating knowledge sharing, and connecting diverse cultures, Artnbuff provides artists and artisans a platform to showcase and sell their work directly, supporting their aspirations and enabling consumers to acquire authentic artwork and crafts. This platform currently includes multiple websites (live) and mobile apps (under development). The main website, www.artnbuff.com, is a starting point for new site visitors to inform them about the platform and its features and navigate them to various subsites for their specific needs. We are looking for ways to provide a better user experience to the website visitors. This project aims to review and recommend the website UI/UX design (including, but not limited to, web page design, navigation menu, CTA, etc.) for a better user experience.
eCommerce Launch Strategy and Roadmap.
Our company offers an online platform (Artnbuff) for artists and art enthusiasts to socialize, showcase, and sell online. This platform was first conceptualized in 2019 and by now it has expanded in it's functionality and reach. India chapter of this platform was built in 2021 and is now ready for a hard launch. We are looking for students to develop a strategy and roadmap for the hard launch of this India based eCommerce platform.
Business Strategy and Planning for EV charging solutions
One of our business units is developing a solution for Electric vehicle infrastructure capacity building. We want students to help us build a marketing strategy and execution plan to grow and engage our target market: We are strategizing on the BOT( Build operate and transfer) model to large real estate B2B target customers. We’d like to know how we can maximize the use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: What is a general perception and preference of our target market between owning technology vs outsourcing? Will a BOT model with about 25X multiple references valuation be a trigger point for the real estate industry to change their preference? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition? Help us with our pitch Deck, marketing content, and our website messaging.

Our company offers eCommerce platforms for artists and artificers to sell their products online. For this project, we are looking for students to work on the following aspects of Cost Analysis.
