PE Gate is seeking assistance in enhancing its financial diligence processes for a live deal and improving the operational efficiency of its existing portfolio companies. The project aims to provide learners with practical experience in financial analysis and operational strategy within the private equity sector. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and business operations to real-world scenarios. The project will involve analyzing financial statements, identifying key performance indicators, and recommending operational improvements. By focusing on a live deal, learners will gain insights into the due diligence process, while also contributing to the optimization of portfolio company operations. This project is designed to be completed by a team of learners from a finance or business program, ensuring a cohesive skill set.
