The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and adjusting the current website design, improving the UI and UX for our mobile app, and assisting in creating content with the socials and graphics team. Responsibilities: - Design and implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) improvements for the company's website and mobile app. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders. - Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. - Conduct user research and testing to identify areas for improvement and validate design decisions. - Continuously monitor user feedback and analytics to identify areas for further improvement. - Assist in creating content with the socials and graphics team, ensuring that all designs are on-brand and visually appealing.

Social Media & Community Intern

We are seeking a Social Media and Community Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and creating content for our social media profiles, managing customer service on social media, and increasing engagement and brand awareness through affiliate management and outreach, as well as collaborations and partnerships. Responsibilities: Create and publish engaging content for our social media profiles, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Manage social media profiles, including responding to customer service inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness. Manage affiliate relationships and outreach to potential affiliates to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Seek out and develop collaborations and partnerships with other brands and influencers to expand our reach and audience.

Growth & Strategy Intern

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through the development and implementation of marketing strategies, improving user interface and experience, and managing investor relations and outreach while leveraging our CRM database. Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across various channels including email, social media, SEO, and PPC. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to optimize user interface and experience, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers. Design and create compelling and effective marketing content, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and display ads. Manage investor relations and outreach, including developing and maintaining relationships with key investors and stakeholders. Utilize CRM database to manage and track customer and investor interactions, providing regular reports to senior management.

Strategy Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for the majority sales process, prospecting, booking demos, conduct market research, and competitive analysis. Affiliate Marketing o Reach out to Instagram and YouTube influencers to create video content on our products. o Manage communications and relationships with affiliates and creators. o Ensure products are shipped and delivered to the creators. Event Management and Research o Student Associations ▪ Create a database of student associations across Canada, including the current team for each. ▪ Conduct outreach to partner with student associations and support their events. o Conference and Tradeshows ▪ Create a database of events and tradeshows across North America. ▪ Register for key events and update calendar. ▪ Find ways to partner with events. Lead Generation and Outreach o Find and create a database of campus recruiters across Canada. o Reach out to Campus Recruiters across Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver to try Wave for Teams at their next event.
