Paideia Mundi seeks to establish a cohesive branding strategy for both the organization and its founder. The goal is to enhance brand recognition and effectively communicate its mission to a wider audience. The project involves analyzing current branding efforts, identifying key brand elements, and developing a comprehensive branding strategy. Additionally, a strategic communication and PR plan will be designed to align with the new branding strategy. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply marketing and communication theories to real-world scenarios, focusing on brand development and strategic communication planning.

Accounting Assistance

Positions Available: 3-4 ( in teams or individually) Our team is looking for someone who loves numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks, Xero, Netsuite). We need help catching up on a few tasks and developing processes to make it easier going forward. If you're hard-working and dedicated, we’d love to help you gain some professional experience and grow your skills! Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: Set up an accounting software (account payable and receivables, invoicing related tasks, etc.) Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards Compile year-end files for annual return and tax return Support special projects and funding team

Creation of a Funding Strategy

Positions Available: 3-4 ( in teams or individually) Paideia Mundi is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering the values of humanism and sentientism thanks to the promotion of culture, arts, and humanities. We need to set up a strong funding strategy to ensure the sustainability of our activities. We are looking for students who would be willing to: Create a list of potential funding options (membership, donations, etc.) Create a list of potential funders and funding opportunities (government, foundations, etc.) Set up a thorough funding strategy for the next 24 months

Accounting Assistance

Positions Available: 1-2 ( in teams or individually) Our team is looking for someone who loves numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting. Responsibilities will include: Compile year-end files for annual return and tax return using Canada Revenue Agency T2 forms as well as Revenu Québec Corporation Income Tax Return Form Prepare all the required accounting documents to be sent with the annual return files Coach the Executive Director on the details of the preparation of the year-end files for annual return and the required accounting documents Postes disponibles: 1-2 (en équipe ou individuellement) Notre équipe recherche une personne passionnée par les chiffres et la comptabilité.
