Programming Needs Analysis. Objective is to identify gaps in health & wellness programming in CBRM communities outside of Sydney (e.g. North Sydney, New Waterford & Glace Bay), specific to youth and senior programs and how the YMCA could take steps to address these gaps by expanding current programming to these communities or programs that could be implemented to meet the needs.
