Email Marketing Campaign

Welcome to Environmental Business Consultants (“EBC”). We recognize the knowledge and enthusiasm that students bring when it comes to marketing campaigns. We have several ideas on the market segment and the message, but what to incorporate the assistance of students in the development of implementation of a plan to ensure the latest knowledge, techniques, and technology (AI) are utilized.  The primary objective of this project is to develop a marketing campaign that ensures the following: 1. Generate qualified leads for the environmental consulting company. 2. The messaging is correct and aligns with the latest knowledge on marketing e-mails. 3. There is a system in place for follow-up. 4. Determine if AI can be utilized to automate some of the tasks in the e-mail marketing campaign. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks.

Market Validation Study - Environmental Trade Publications

We are looking to gain a better understanding of our target market to make sure there is a need and demand for our environmental trade publications. This will allow us to determine if we are targeting the right segments to be as profitable as possible. We hope to ensure that we are offering the appropriate elective benefits and using our marketing budget in the most effective ways. Tasks: Assess the size of our market with metrics such as sales data and number of manufacturers, and compare them to the size of our customer base to determine our market share and how many potential customers we could obtain. Analyze our current offerings and the positioning of our brand. Create a survey and interview questions for empirical interviews to be conducted by our company’s management to gain feedback on our brand, products, and services. Analyze survey and interview results to create recommendations on how to improve our positioning, branding and products/services.
