Canadian Private REITs and Real Estate Development Funds Analysis
Equivesto is seeking to expand its market presence by identifying potential partnerships with Canadian private Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and real estate development funds that are not currently affiliated with an Exempt Market Dealer (EMD). The goal of this project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Canadian real estate market to pinpoint these entities. This involves researching the landscape of private REITs and development funds, understanding their current market positions, and identifying those without EMD associations. The project will provide Equivesto with valuable insights into potential opportunities for collaboration and expansion. Development of Cooking Website
January 2021 - April 2021
A passion of mine is cooking, whether that be for friends, family, or in a restaurant. When I moved to university I realized the necessity of cooking skills. Fortunately, my parents had invested time in teaching me and I spent time practicing the years prior. However, many of the friends that I met didn’t know how to, so I thought I could help. A year prior I had learned how to code in HTML, so I developed a website with the goal of providing tutorials (created by me) and resources to help my friends as well as other university students. It was ultimately, a success and I received great feedback about it.
