Training Facilitation Guides

Our consulting firm provides Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training for employees, to promote safe and inclusive workplaces. To make training more convenient, we hope to transform our training programs into both online courses and turnkey facilitation kits. We would like to work with students to transform our training materials into more accessible formats for external facilitation. Based on this information, students can create simple and visual facilitation guides. Tasks include: Gathering relevant course materials and other resources. Designing a simple and clear facilitation guide format/template. Reviewing our existing training materials and making recommendations on what to include in the facilitation guides.
