In addition to the technical solution, students will develop key procurement documentation such as RFPs and RFQs to ensure the process is compliant and aligned with best industry practices. Ulkagearz Adventure Private Limited seeks to enhance its supply chain process to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient delivery methods for its global customer base. The project aims to identify the most suitable market for production, considering factors such as cost, quality, and logistics. Additionally, the project will explore options for stocking and sourcing, determining whether these should be managed within Canada or outsourced to remote locations.
