My interaction with Amy was nothing but positive. She was always available when I needed her and she asked many questions, which is very good as she wanted to understand the scope of what she was doing properly. Amy was able to deliver her report in good time with enough information so I could continue my project. The only missing piece was that Amy did not have a full grasp of the technology I was using vs the information I needed and how to translate that into the report. She gave me a great starting point and for that, I am grateful as this will allow me on going for the next steps in this initiative.
