Bio

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. After earning my Ph.D. in Management at Indiana University, I held other faculty appointments at the University of Southern Mississippi and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Santiago, Chile. My research addresses practical issues managers face when solving problem, managing employee performance, and negotiating and resolving conflicts. I have taught courses on related topics including leadership, managerial decision making, negotiation, organizational behavior, and organizational alignment to undergraduate, graduate, and executive students in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.
